Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too?
Of course you can! It's all about timing and moderation. Are you going to stuff your face? No, you are going to enjoy 3 of those yummy Oreo cookies that you have wanted all week, maybe 5! Guess what? You're still alive, you didn't gain 10 pounds and most of all you enjoyed them! You're a HAPPY person! Did you eat them late at night in bed while watching Netflix, maybe you did. Was it the most optimum time for your body to? Maybe not. You're not going to throw your "meal plan" off whack or your weight into the unknown "gain" abyss. If done in moderation to your meal program and timed properly with your workout schedule, those gains could turn into good "gains".
